Refund policy

Whisker & Wag accepts returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Holiday/seasonal apparel can be returned if unworn with tags.
Damaged, defective or wrong items: email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping. You do not need to return the item.
Change-of-mind returns: email us first to receive the return address (items ship from our fulfilment partner, so returns sent without contacting us may be lost). Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return being received.
Lost parcels: if tracking has not updated for 30 days or the order has not arrived within 30 business days, contact us for a refund or reshipment.
Exchanges: we don't do direct exchanges; return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Cancellations: orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship (usually within 24 hours).
